WALMART'S CORPORATE INCUBATOR, STORE Nº8
Designing a corporate incubation brand strategy
To relaunch Store Nº8's branded channels, our team designed the marketing plan, including website strategy, copywriting, video concept development and scriptwriting. Then, we led an RFP process to find a website development and animation partner that adhered to Walmart's partner guidelines.

Delivering a communications strategy that matches impact
Walmart has made strategic investments in building the future of commerce, and much of that innovative work is produced by Store Nº8, the incubation arm of the retailer.
For example, Conversational Commerce, one of Store Nº8's portfolio companies, launched new voice and text shopper experiences, making it easier than ever for Walmart customers to save time while shopping for the everyday household items they need.
To publicly announce the new voice shopping capability — which allows Walmart customers to shop by simply saying "add milk to cart" to their favorite smart speaker — we collaborated with Google, one of Walmart's partners, to design a communications launch plan. Then, we co-produced a podcast episode to share the innovation journey of building these new capabilities using cutting-edge technologies.
Creating a new brand strategy, brand voice and marketing engine for Next Shift Learning
In collaboration with Next Shift Learning's executive team, we worked to launch a new brand identity and brand voice, including standing up a new site in collaboration with X97 Labs, and building a marketing engine to support company growth.
Delivering a brand aligned with their mission, vision, values and unique capabilities — while capturing the essence of their team culture — was critical to this work.
